With six wins at Paris-Roubaix, our Roubaix proved that “Smoother is Faster”. Until now, however, softness has admittedly had some commitments. But no more. The brand new Roubaix Comp now offers comfort without compromise by presenting a radically new Future Shock 2.0, which gives you greater control on bad roads, a new Pavé seat post that creates our Roubaix more balanced to date, aerodynamic than the it is equipped with Tarmac, and a Rider-First Engineered ™ frame that weighs less than 900 grams on the scale (Size 56cm I Black). But is it still comfortable? Sure, but don't call it a comfort bike, because performance was behind all the engineering decisions we made. This is the new Roubaix.


The new frame offers uncompromised comfort through a perfect balance of aerodynamics, overall lightness, complacency and Rider-First Engineering ™. With tube shapes that were born in our FreeFoil Shape Library and validated in Win Tunnel, the new Roubaix is ​​as aero as the Tarmac SL6. However, in order to ensure weight and quality of behavior, we used a Rider-First Engineered ™ design to deliver optimum rigidity and compliance in all sizes, from 44 to 61. Of course, the frame is below 900 grams (size 56 ) I Black). And to prepare you for your “Northern Hell”, we created space for 33mm tires.
To accompany the new frame, we have also developed an entirely new S-Works Pavé seat post. Not only is it the first compliant seat post, it is also aerodynamic, has no extra weight or gadgets. Starting with the same D-shaped design that we found at Tarmac, we took your comfort a step further by building additional flexibility at the top and developing a new clip design dropped into the frame. This offers plenty of complacency, while remaining in perfect balance with the front, so that you have a smooth and balanced behavior, regardless of the type of road.
Future Shock 2.0 is the result of the demands of our professional athletes for the Roubaix pavé. It's smoother, faster, and gives you more control thanks to a rotary knob at the top of the stem. This knob adjusts the compression from fully open to rigid, while the hydraulically damped interior controls the cam. Put it all together, and this ultimate version will reduce fatigue and increase your speed, regardless of the terrain. The new Smooth Boot, stem cap and Future Stem also improve aesthetics, and ensure a smooth transition between forehead and stem.
